This page explains how Maison du Sourire processes the data you send us through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

• Through the appointment form: your name, your phone number, the treatment you would like and, if you choose, a message.
• If your message contains information about your health, this data is sensitive: it is only processed with your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Why we use it

• Only to contact you and arrange your appointment.
• Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

Retention period

• Appointment requests are deleted no later than 6 months after they have been handled. If you become a patient, your medical record is kept in line with the legal obligations that apply to dentists.

Your rights

• You can at any time access your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent or object to its processing, by writing to info@maisondusourire.be.
• You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Cookies

• This website does not use advertising cookies. If audience measurement tools are added, your consent will be asked for beforehand.
